Operation Supervisor

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor !

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the employee, including assigning tasks, follow up on training of new employees, and ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures.
• Manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and optimize labour cost.
• Oversee customers service standards to ensure that customers are served efficiently and courteously, addressing any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks, placing orders for supplies, and minimizing waste to control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and workplace safety protocols.
• Conduct performance evaluations for employees, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Address operational issues as they arise, such as equipment malfunctions, staffing shortages, or customer complaints, and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain open communication channels with management, staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns or issues effectively.
• Assist in promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience in Food industry in a supervisory role, will be an advantage.
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of fast-food operations, customer service, and staff management.
• Leadership skills - Ability to motivate and inspire team members, delegate tasks effectively, and lead by example.

• Flexibility - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, when needed.
• Valid driving license

please note that driving license is COMPULSORY.
