Job Title: Associate Adops 

Position Overview: We're looking for a meticulous and proactive Associate Adops professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of digital advertising operations and be skilled in managing the trafficking and tracking of digital campaigns across different platforms. This role involves collaborating with various teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution and performance monitoring of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Trafficking and Tracking Recommendation for Digital Campaigns:

  • Develop and refine tagging plans aligned with media and business goals in partnership with the Ad Tech Specialist.
  • Implement trackers directly within clients' Tag Management Systems or coordinate with their website Webmasters. Putting Digital Campaigns Online:
  • Recommend trafficking and tracking methods for digital campaigns based on advertisers' media and business needs.
  • Schedule campaigns on primary ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager 360, Sizmek, Flashtalking, Adform) in collaboration with central trafficking teams.
  • Manage creative elements with creative agencies, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and facilitating necessary adjustments.
  • Communicate with management teams and experts (Trading, Social, Advice) regarding technical aspects.
  • Utilize third-party tools (Brand Safety, Brand Suitability, Viewability, Audience Measurement, etc.) in campaign setup. Monitoring and Reporting Campaign Performance:
  • Validate data feedback across various tools (Ad Server, third-party tools).
  • Implement automated reporting procedures.
  • Monitor campaign distribution as per the media plan.
  • Establish systematic alerts for non-compliance with broadcast, visibility rate thresholds, or brand safety issues. Internal Collaboration:
  • Participate in team meetings (sharing meetings, Ad Ops meetings) and various Worklists managed for advertisers.
  • Contribute to internal discussions on technological solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in digital advertising operations.
  • Proficiency in ad server platforms like Google Campaign Manager 360, Sizmek, Flashtalking, Adform, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Working Hours:

 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm.
