Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Intermediate Paid Social Analyst to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid social campaigns to achieve clients' diverse goals, along with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of social media advertising platforms.

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively manage and optimize paid social campaigns to achieve clients' goals, including but not limited to engagement, acquisitions, direct response, reach, and frequency.
  2. Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, images/videos, and funnels to effectively meet performance goals.
  3. Ensure ads reach target audiences through high-quality channels at the lowest possible prices.
  4. Make recommendations for campaign adjustments during the ad run to optimize conversion ratios.
  5. Track and present campaign data including impressions, reach, click-through rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates.
  6. Manage budgets and monitor campaign costs and ROI metrics.
  7. Proactively communicate the status of campaigns to teams in France and/or French clients directly.
  8. Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
  9. Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in social media and paid social media.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
