Job Title: SEO Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB (Small and Medium-sized Business) clients' SEO on a daily basis.
  • Conduct high-quality SEO audits aligned with client marketing strategies and technical constraints.
  • Analyze data to develop innovative strategies and identify the best SEO optimization actions.
  • Execute the full scope of an annual SEO service, excluding content writing:
    • Conduct audits (technical, semantic, editorial, linking, etc.).
    • Define SEO strategy.
    • Implement operational SEO strategy.
    • Monitor and assist with SEO recommendation implementations.
    • Provide SEO reporting (rankings, traffic, etc.).
    • Track and analyze performance, provide optimization recommendations.
  • Undertake one-time missions such as semantic studies, SEO audits (technical, linking, content, local), SEO strategy development, net linking campaigns, on-site optimizations, competitive benchmarks, etc.
  • Manage project profitability (quality, deadlines, costs).
  • Develop revenue from the client portfolio.

Required Profile:

  • Successful SEO experience:
    • 1 year for junior profiles.
    • 3 years for intermediate profiles.
    • 5+ years for senior profiles.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with standard SEO tools.
  • Bonus: basic development skills (PHP, MySQL, JavaScript), ability to modify HTML, CSS, HTaccess, and Robots.txt files, familiarity with market CMS.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for clear and quality deliverables.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills and respect for deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken French.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, curious, and passionate about SEO.
